Description

The Bloody Spire is the Large Spire diagonally accross the parking lot from the Needles Eye.

Getting There

Look for the tourists runnig around like idiots up on the rocks above the parking lot and look to the right - you will can't miss the Bloody Spire. It is at the North East corner of the lot.
