Description Suggest change

Sitting between Nez Perce Spire to the west and the Drip Buttress to the East it's easy to pass off Blackfoot Dome as a small low angle dome in a canyon full of beautiful spires. Don't be fooled however, some of Blodgett's best rock can be found on the upper portions of Blackfoot Dome. A reasonable approach, shorter climbs, and straight forward descent make Blackfoot Dome a good option.

Getting There Suggest change

Walk up the Blodgett Creek Trail passed The Prow and Drip Buttress. Cross Blodgett creek on one of many logs once you are directly below Blackfoot. Walk up a few hundred feet of scree to the base of the dome.
