The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Cool climb on arete. South facing on large boulder between Beluga Boulders and Morongo Man.. Can be seen from Split Rocks Parking Lot. 4 bolts to 2 bolt anchor.
