Hi Tyler. Finding Bigwall "mentors" can be a little difficult. The aid learning curve can be a little rough. I know, I'm in the middle of it. New aid climbers are SLOW, and it is difficult to find experienced aid climbers willing to put up with that. Also, bigwalls are a serious undertaking and taking up a real unknown is quite a risk for an experienced climber. You'd do well to practice a bunch on your own. Solo aid on a top-rope. Practice hauling. Get in lots of practice with long free climbs and climbs that force you to use some A0. You'd also do well to tell us a little more about your experience. Are you starting from zero? Do you have a lot of free climbing experience? Have you done any shorter walls? Your post as is it will not be likely to get you any results. Good luck.

Pay for my trip and I'll take you up the capitan. But like said earlier, you'll be hard pressed to find someone willing to do all that work to teach you and take you up a wall. My first big wall was solo after about 6 days of aid practice. 5 of those were solo. It is important to have your own personal role on a wall team dialed before taking off. My logic for going solo was I had no one but myself to blame when shit went wrong. I started on a wall in Zionand was the best thing ever. By the time I took on El Cap I was dialed and could adapt to my partners style (who was much more experienced) and we were both able to work well together and summit.

Tyler,

I don't aid climb or climb big walls, but you would be wise to start by learning trad climbing before you climb walls. Sounds like you've only done sport climbing. Work on finding a mentor for some single, then multi-pitch trad climbing. My two cents.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
