So I am planning a trip to Cochise, and I really want to check out Rockfellow. Can anyone offer solid approach info?

Muchas gracias.

Approach is super easy. I've only done it from the east which is shorter but steeper than the west. On your way into the pay campground a huge boulder splits the road. You can park at the campground for a few bucks and walk back a few hundred yards to the boulder. The trail starts near the boulder and heads west up the hill. The rock is visible from the road. It is the most prominent rock at the top. Stronghold Dome is up and right but not at the top. Same trail, though. Head up sort of steep trail paying close attention to the trail until on the north side of the rock, 45 minutes or so. Where you go from here depends on what route you are heading for. For south facing routes continue around to the west, then south. If its cool, I strongly recomend climbing in the sun (duh).

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
