Beta Request: Condition of L-Shape Couloir on Mt. Sill

My partner and I are planning an excursion to Temple Crag and are going to do the Temple Crag - Sill traverse as part of the trip. It will be my first time up in the Palisade-area and I am unsure what conditions to expect for the L-shaped couloir that will be our descent off of Sill. Can anyone fill me in?

So would you say then that crampons and axe are not required right now for Sill if Approaching from Sam Mack? Also, any ice on the traverse coming down from Sill to the "L"?
