Climb the flaring chimney to an obvious roof. Exit right and follow the left most crack thru the bulge and up steep terrain to the chains.

Location 

Right of Double D. Start in the obvious chimney.

Solid gear, but the "pebbles" in the crack definitely give this thing a crusty / crispy feel.
