The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This is the boulder that sits about 15' right of Semi-Precious. "Belly Roll" and "Fat Flake" are pretty good. "Shite Rail" and "Shite Arete" are grainy.
"Elegant Melon" is on a boulder about 50' to the Northwest.
