Description Suggest change

This is the obvious short hand crack on your left when you begin the descent down to the base of the Summit Wall. With perfect hand jams and earlier sun exposure than the rest of the crag, this is a nice warm up.

Per comment below: Do not step over the green wire barriers that the park has set up. These barriers are to prevent visitors from trampling the delicate vegetation. To access this climb, walk around the barriers to the right, staying on rock, and then scramble down to the base. If you are stepping on plants you are doing it wrong.

Protection Suggest change

The crack takes #2 and #3 BD cams, and a medium sized hex at the top. About 10 feet after topping out there's a crack on the ground that takes numerous protection if you'd like to build an anchor to belay your partner up. You may want your partner to tie into the rope with a bight so you don't have to pull all the rope up.
