Thinking about taking a friend climbing this weekend in N. NM. Know of any good areas that has easy access to setting up a TR? 5.6/5.7 range? Was thinking somewhere in the Jemez or that region.
Cheers

White Rock has a few easy spots to set up a top rope, but I believe (I can't remember off the top of my head) most are in like the 5.8-10 range. At least the ones you can set a top rope on.

A really good spot for some really short, really easy climbs is Ranger Rock in Tijeras, just east of Albuquerque. Everything from 5.1 to an interesting 5.9/10 line, but they're only like 20 feet tall.
