Description 

Talk about classic! This is one of the most recognised and popular boulders in the park. Its on par with Horizon, True Grit, Thews, AVP, and Olympus... You have to check this thing out.

Beast is as unique as they come. This wedge/tornado/arete shaped formation is one of those boulders that becomes ingrained in your mind, especially if you are working Beastmaker or Manchild. Come check this thing out alongside the just-as-classic Tiger Boulder that forms the cave-like feature commonly referred to as "The Room".

Getting There 

Walk up past the overlook and get onto the trail. Walk up the steps between the blocks and about 30sec down the trail and watch to the right for the cave-like "room" with the wedge shaped, overhung Beast Boulder on the right side of the room, and the white-quartzite striped Tiger Boulder on the left... cant miss it!
