Description A great little icicle, with a fun steep approach. Requiring slightly less than half a 60m rope, this breaks down into a lower section with some short vertical bits, then a longer upper section with a little ice cave you can rest in. The upper section is sustained vertical, but the ice is thick and safe. Great views, great adventure.
Location The obvious icicle on the right of the upper cliff band. Approach up the scree field and up the steep snow fields. Be careful of avalanche danger in the snowfields.
Protection Trees at the very top of the cliff can be slung if you want to toprope. Otherwise, screws.
