Bear Rock CT

Live in the NY metro area and I've been climbing for about 8 months on plastic. I'm looking to get on some real rock, particularly sport routes and I came across some pictures of Bear Rock CT. The rock looks great, "juggy overhanging" but it doesn't appear to have been added to MP's Destinations yet.

Are there guidebooks available for this crag yet or is it still being developed?

I believe its east facing, not much sun

It is east facing so it doesn't catch much sun. I will send you a link to a guidebook but I don't want it posted here.

Just a heads up, Bear Rock is very sharp so bring some tape. Also, there's only a handful of routes and they are 10 and up besides one 7. There is some easier trad.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
