It will be Rocktober in California soon enough and I want to be prepared to go BIG. I'm looking to buy a double portaledge and would like opinions on the BD Cliff Cabana vs the Metolius Bomb Shelter. Thoughts or rags? Brian Biancardi

Shameless plug.

nice rig, if you need one in 6 months...

I have a Metolius double and I like it. Easy to set up and take down. The fly, though expensive, is literally bomb proof.

honestly fish makes great products, just need to streamline the production process.

if yer tall you won't fit on a fish.

I love my BD double when it's set up, setting it up is a bitch by myself. it's the only ledge I've ever owned/setup though so take this with a few grains of salt. flag your ledge whenever possible

Went with the Bomb Shelter. Weight and price seemed right. Thanks for the advice all. And Russ, I love your stuff. A Beef Bag is on my list. Brian Biancardi
