It's no big deal, just slide things back so they're centered and equally spaced. Basically there's extra room on the axles to account for the coils on the springs getting longer along the central axis when the lobes are retracted.

Nope. It's a common occurrence and standard procedure when dealing with torsion springs. Happens on other brand cams too, but they tend to self-center better.

In other news my #1 C4 looks exactly like this after taking a solid 20'er on it last week. One of the lobes is actually a little bent because of how it was placed (stem facing out and down at a 45 degree angle). Going to contact BD to see what they say before I go try another 20'er on it. =)
