Start matched on the jug and move into the sidepull. Hike your feet up and desperately try to find an adequate slopey indent to put your fingers in around the bulge. Move your right hand into the fat undercling and mantel.
Second route from the left hand side. Obvious jug start
Pad will be just fine.
