Description

There's a fair amount of bouldering actually located in the vicinity of Bald Rock. There's a boulder field lcoated at the base of the eastern edge of Bald Rock which was formed directly from the splitting of Bald Rock in the glacial period. There is also a Gneiss/Schist boulder (Slugs and Crickets) located on the southern flank of the peak, a great beginners slab on the western face (the Slab) and a short block which hosts some very difficult low ball problems and projects, the Beluga Block.

Getting There

Hike in from the parking lot along the blue blazed trail. Follow signs to Bald Rock.
