Bad at life forgot to book camping/Labor Day/Maine

As the thread title suggest I'm a dumbass and didn't reserve camping for labor day weekend in Acadia. Aware that it's going to be a madhouse but willing to suck it up to check it out. Does anyone know anywhere close(ish) to the park where one could find last minute camping on Friday 9/4 and Saturday 9/5? Anything from free National Forest to overpriced RV park is fine. Just need somewhere to throw a tent.
