Description

Aztec Pond is a group of crags located outside the Lake Arrowhead area in Cedar Glen. There are three main crags:

Upper East Wall
Lower East Wall
Lower West Wall

Due to its proximity to the pond and recreation area this is strictly a NO BOLTING AREA.

Getting There

From the 173 take Hook Creek Road East towards Cedar Glen. Go through the gate (drive slowly and carefully as the road narrows) and proceed to the sign with the map (go Left). Proceed through the creek crossing (do not cross if you're not sure you can make it) and over a cement bridge. At the sign for Splinter's Cabin go Right. Park at the Splinter's Cabin recreation area (pit toilets and trash containers).
