Avignon, France

Hey guys,
My names jordan collins I am going to be living\working in Avignon, France for the next 5 months. I estimate I will be a weekend warrior for this time and will be looking for climbing partners and friends to hang with during this time (fri-sun) I am learning french slowly but can in no way communicate effectively at this point. I am also looking for a gym that I can climb and train at during the week around this area. I/e courthezon/orange/avignon. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jordan,
I am not in Avignon, but I can tell you that there's awesome climbing at the Dentelles du Montmirail, it's a spectacular site too.
To find partners, try camptocamp.org, it's a forum similar to MP, but mostly in French.
