Aruba is a small island (75 square miles), located ~20 miles off the northern coast of Venezuala in the Carribean Sea. It is one the Netherland Antilles, and is subject to the rule of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Getting There 

The most common mode of trasnportation is by air. A valid US Passport is required. Details on how to obtain a passport can be found here.

have climbed aruba for the past two years. Its great climbing, some easy vertical routes on the left side and some steep routes through the overhang. I don't know how great the bolts are being that its so close to the ocean but i have used them and most of them look solid. you can toprope most climbs here with a long cordelette or a small bit of static rope. I hear the climbs were established using a car on top the cliff for a toprope anchor. Feel free to PM me for more information.
