Call him spineless to his face. Tell him he needs counseling to his face. Threaten to chop all his routes to his face. Tell him you hate him to his face ... I absolutely HATE computers. And I'm a software engineer. I gotta get back to work. Oh, and as far as an adequate deterrent, if someone wanted to mess with me or my routes, meet me face to face. We'll come up with an adequate deterrent.
