the snake bridge over Broadway near downtown Tucson. there are two fun problems under the snake head (north side) of the bridge. there is also a fun traverse wall with some good holds on the other side of the little plaza area where the snake bridge comes out, also on the north side. the problems under the bridge are shaded in the afternoon. the whole area is a little shady. expect broken glass, graffiti, possible interaction with local personalities, etc. a good place to go if you don't have a car and/or you can't afford or don't want to pay for the gym.
Getting There
take the bike path to the head of the snake bridge. there is a bike rack there for you to lock up your bike. if you drive... who am i kidding if you drive you probably don't want to go here!
