Description 

This area is northeast of the Year of the Cat Gully and just to the west of The Dance Floor. Deer Canyon is just past The Dance Floor while Area 51 sits atop a small hill just to the south.

Some of the better problems here include Velvet Fog (V3), Buckhorn (V3), The Mobius (V4), Sunshine Daydream (aka Yo Picasso) (aka Sunshine Daydream) (V4), Tram Sluts (V5), Staghorn (V5), Kinesthesia (V5) and Greasefire (V6).

Getting There 

The best approach is by heading west of The Dance Floor which leads to Deer Canyon and then breaking left uphill past Velvet Fog to reach Area 51, or by scrambling uphill through rocks from the vicinity of Year of the Cat Gully if in that area which leads directly to Area 51. Approach time is 25-35 minutes.
