Arcteryx rocks!!!!!

sent in my 4 year old beat to hell alpha sv when the zipper pull broke, got a brand new jacket because some goretex had delaminated from the hood... Which I hadn't even noticed!!!!!!!

I was blown away by this company and how friendly they were about all of it. Arcteryx rocks!

They're a great company! Had a similar experience,

"I have assessed your Beta LT Jacket (from 1998!) and found some de-lamination (separation of the fabrics) on the hood. That being said, I will be offering you a replacement jacket.

Please note that the jacket and the sizing has changed in the last 17 years. I would highly recommend going to a store and trying one on before ordering one."
