April in Australia (looking for potential partners)

Hey

I will be heading to Australia for work, but will have time afterwards to travel around. Am hoping to explore as much of Australia as I can and am hoping to get a nice sampling of climbing as well. Would love to have partners for any number of climbing areas, or perhaps even some recommendations for bouldering (though I much prefer climbing bigger stone). I will only have shoes and a harness with me. Please feel free to give me a shout, or give me some recommendations. Thanks!

Unfortunatly, I won't be there to be able to climb with you, but I do have recommendations.
I spent 2 months at Arapiles a bunch of years ago and I had an awesome time and would love to go back, so I would definitley recommend spending some time there. Arapiles is mostly a trad area. The rock is super solid (quartzite) and the climbing is great for all levels, you can also choose single pitch or multi pitch routes. Plus this area has some amazing climbing history behind it. There is also some bouldering on high quality stones at the base of the crag (though not super extensive) and we spent a couple of afternoons bouldering and it was pretty fun. You don't need a car and the camping was super chill and a great scene--I felt like it must have been what Camp 4 was like 30 years ago. April is definitly the busiest month (with easter being the busiest weekend of the year) and it seems to me that if you are personable enough, you wouldn't have a problem finding a partner at the campground or at the very least be able to tag along with a crew. I also went to the Grampians for a week and that was amazing as well, but the area is so extensive that you really need a car and a partner.
Have a great time over there!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
