App search function problem?

I'm not able to get the search function to work in the mp app. No results no matter what term I try in the "search my areas" dialog box. I have Yosemite downloaded and even the word "Yosemite" yields nothing. What am I missing? (My phone is a Motorola RAZR)

I have the same problem on my Galaxy S3. Reinstalling doesn't help. Does anybody have a solution?

yep, old man here..I'm so @%&*$ glad my life is so much simpler and fun without depending on what electronic function is not working right, and thus a wasted sum of money for the non functionig app or device. People do ask how us old folks ever got by without. Well, we made it this far and all is well, so I guess it is possible.

Same problem on the Samsung Galaxy S4 (Android 4.2.2). Search yields no results for any term even though I have 3 areas downloaded.

Downloading updates for the areas has fixed it.
