| Is there any climbing in Red Rock Canyon State Park (CA, not NV). I'm looking at the google satellite view and there seem to be a lot of walls, but I can't find any route info anywhere. Anyone have knowledge of this area? Thanks! | FLAG |

| Your text says CA. Your links says AZ. Can you clarify? | FLAG |

| FA's still available, I'm sure. Might want to bring ice tools, though. | FLAG |

| CA, not AZ. In Kern out by Jawbone. Don't know why the link went there... Those are the walls I'm talking about--I just can't imagine that no one has done any climbing there. | FLAG |

| I can- that rock looks like sugar at best, dirt at worst. Doesnt look worth it, imho. | FLAG |

| Packed mud walls. I've eaten lunch there several times on the way to the eastern Sierra and it looks way too soft to climb. Can't say I've actually touched the rock, though. | FLAG |

| Too soft sandstone. Dangerous to try to climb on. I have been there. | FLAG |
