The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This excellent boulder with it's smooth, solid rock is a nice change from the usual grit and grain commonly found in the area.
Half a dozen quality problems are here, most V2 and under, with Strength of Steel (V2) being the standout.
