Description Suggest change

This rock feature sits above the Granite Springs reservoir in the State Park and offers a good deal of potential lines all around it. The Sherman granite is typical for the area, mostly solid but with variable loose/crumbly bits. There are lots of nice cracks, chimneys, and flakes of varying difficulty. It s relatively unknown as to FAs and history it would seem.

Getting There Suggest change

From the Happy Jack campsites in the state park, walk west on Granite Springs Rd., down the hill to the left and over the bridge that goes across the reservoir. Either make a sharp right and follow the shore until you hit the rock (off the Cow Creek Trail), or, if in a vehicle, turn right at your first opportunity and park near a campsite and walk over the hill to get to the south side of the formation. Try to stay on trails as dictated by the park.
