When I try to sync my to do list from the web, i get an error stating "An error occurred while syncing. Please try again."

Ideas?

I've had the same issue since June. Posted it on the app feedback thread and never heard anything.

For reference, I am having this issue on a Nexus 7, running Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.2).

Delete the old version and re-install. It allowed me to finally sync things up.

Not able to sync on Asus android Jellybean but my Atrix Gingerbread syncs fine. Uninstalled and re-installed on Asus tablet but still to no avail.

Deleted app and reinstall. Still can't sync on Jellybean OS.

Any luck anyone?

No luck at all.

Well the new app came out [build 21] and it does not support Jellybean 4.2.1 . Hope this gets fixed soon.
