For Portland Creek Falls, per Yiddar S: go on Amphitheater Rd. from US Highway 550. Park right before you reach the bridge/Portland Creek. There is one ice route underneath the bridge. Per Double J: in addition, there are multiple bolted drytool routes to chose from.
