Description

A nice, sunny gendarme standing watch over the town of Haunritz. This tower has a pretty rich history with ascents dating back to 1905! Difficulty ranges from UIAA 5 to 8+ (~5.7 - 5.12a).

Getting There

From Haunritz, walk along the main road to house 49 and take the wide way up for 50m. Take the narrow hiker's trail which branches off to the right and after 20m head up the steep hill to the left. The path leads you 100m along a fence directly to the crag.
