Description Awesome movement on somewhat chossy limestone. With more traffic this would clean up and be a 5 star route, I would advise a helmet for your belayer as you will encounter loose rock on the initial 30 feet, and smaller rock on the bulk of it. One of the most aesthetic lines at Hellgate.
Location Altaworld buttress, up the hill to the northwest of the Clamshell, look for the prominent arete with the large roof.
Protection 8 bolts to biners on chains

| This spectacular route was put up by Bill Hunt, the "Mayor" of Hellgate. Mid to late 90s I believe. |
