Hi, I am in the Sonoma/Napa county area this week for work and am wondering if anyone can reccomend an area nearby for after work climbing. Boulder, sport or trad is all good. I have gear and rope but no partner so an area where i might be able to find a partner would be good.

If anyone is interested in some climbing in the area (if there is any!) this week let me know. I max out in the mid to upper 12s for sport, subtract a number on gear.

thans in advance!
Jeff

closest climbing is Mount Saint Helena. closest bouldering is Sugarloaf Ridge in Santa Rosa and a couple boulders in Angwin.

these areas are on MP.

finding a mid-week partner may be tough, but you can ask here:

I might be available for an after work boulder session at Sugarloaf today, thursday or friday. It is nothing special, but it is rock and it's outside. :)

There are several lines right on the coast, you need to contact gyms in the area, I would suggest calling the gyms in Oakland and in Frisco!
Good luck and be safe!
