I am expecting to lose most of the snow this week and then Sunday looks like a good climbing day so I was thinking of heading out to Mckenzie Pond. Anyone know what its like out that way?

Around 2 feet of snow-pack? Dunno how much will be left on Sunday but more than an inch or two.

Is there really that much at the Pond or is that just up in the mountains?

Can't speak for boulders specifically, but I can for the forest right around it. Anywhere in the shade, such as the boulders has around 2 feet of snow. I can PM you if you want any beta Friday or Saturday, I live right in Saranac Lake.

Temps are looking better in NH Sunday so I might actually just go to Rumney or Pawtuckaway instead. I would definitely still be interested to know how it is out that way because I have a project I am very antsy to get back to there.
