Adirondack climbing wanna learn outdoors and lead Anyone wanna help?

Once spring comes, I would like to go outdoors, I dont have any form of a mentor, so i have no one to follow, I climb 5.12s in the gym though(both lead and tr) so i am by no means a bad or slow climber, just never gone outdoors. anyway, anyone willing to give me a hand through the process? Would like to follow a few climbs and hopefully lead a few as well, will have a small trad rack(more than likely only passive pro) and rope by spring.
