Achilles tendon swelling and hurting

Hey guys, I got a problem with my heels. I did a search on this and came up with nothing.

My Achilles tendon swells on the left side of the left feet and right side of the foot when I climb sometimes. It gets really bad when climbing slabs. Anyone have any idea what this is and how to best care for it? Thanks for any input on the matter!

Achilles tendinitis or tendinosis. Try to find a good local PT who is aware of the current literature concerning these injuries.

See an orthopedist and avoid getting diagnosed on the Internet. )

Could be retrocalcaneal bursitis. Agree with the need for a professional, in-person diagnosis.
