Description Suggest change

Climb a flaring crack to a horizontal crack below a roof. The original route traverses to the right, around the corner and up another crack to a ledge, then back left to another roof. Moves over the roof past a bolt lead to the top.

The 5.11c variation (better and more logical climbing than the original line) climbs straight over the first roof to a rock-over onto a sloping ledge. Though slightly run out, multiple falls from the rock-over have been taken without injuries.

Location Suggest change

Left of Nubbin, Right of Iron Hand

Protection Suggest change

Standard Rack to 3". New 2 Bolt Rappel Anchor. The variation is PG13, while the original route is a little safer.
