I'm pretty into photography and my wall partners are also. We all have small digital cameras that we carry with us all the time, leading, cleaning or hanging out on the ledge.

One of the advantages of digital (over film in the past) is that everyone can get an original set of photos merely by exchanging SD cards.

Here is the trick:

Make sure everyone has the same date and time set on their camera so that when you sort your photos, they will all appear in the correct chronological order.

If you are climbing El Cap, and want to get your photos from Tom afterwards, go see him before you go up on your route and set all of your cameras to the date and time on his camera.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
