I think the name of this route is "Polish Finger Massage" Dan & Sue McDevitt 1992.
For some reasons the topo page of USGS Wall is omitted from Reid 1998 book, but in FA list- 4 routes are listed at U.S.G.S. Wall area

interesting good quality climb, many green and yellow aliens for the crack. nothing bigger than red alien
