Pretty accurate! Number 12 is a particular favorite.

Agreed Locker. No mention of losing or bootying gear either which seems like it should be in at least the top 10 according to MP threads. s.price

The only things that really matter =

1. Rock
2. weed/pipe/lighter (Booze of course for the Boozers)
3. Climbing gear

Don't even really need a partner, so the rest is just fru fru bullshit.

I love bootying gear so much that last week when I was trying to get the hell off a rock before getting dowsed by a major rain storm I knew would be there any second, I spotted a non-locking biner and went up and way the heck out of my way to get it knowing I would never use the damn thing for real life climbing. Hell, it wasn't even a normal size, some weird little mini wire gate doodad. rging

Fucking HATE when this kind of shit happens:

"and went up and way the heck out of my way to get it knowing I would never use the damn thing for real life climbing. Hell, it wasn't even a normal size, some weird little mini wire gate doodad.".

If someone is going to LEAVE gear behind, they could at least leave something substantial!

Where is:

Complaining, bitching, whining. . .

Talking shit

Bragging about being poor

Being rude

Posing

Wasting days on MP.com

Latching onto trivial "ethics" in an attempt to increase very low sef-esteem

Telling strangers they rock climb in hopes of impressing them

Going to gear shops and attempting to make the sales people look stupid when you attempt to discuss the difference in cam angles on Trango, BD, Metolius, Omega Pacific and Aliens.

No way this knot was tied by a climber, tail's too short for a proper stopper.

Just hang out in the Denver flagship REI, and wait for a hot young noob to come in and ask a clueless sales associate to help her pick out climbing gear.

That's your cue. Let the games begin.

after tying a proper knot and dressing it, a stopper is not needed. although if u wanna tie a tail feel free. :) Jesse Newton

Nothing wrong with that knot--a long tail is definitely a sign of a gumby.
