Description
The Spine Cave features a number of long moderates which make for nice warm-ups or introductory projects. Spinal Twist and to a lesser extent Loose Stools are considered classic 12s. Harder lines such as Dan's Playhouse and Rocket Man will keep the upper echelon engaged as well.
Getting There
The Spine Cave is approached via the sole access trail that makes a single large switchback. The routes start where the trail first meets the wall. The cave itself is shallow and blocky in appearance. There is a bulbous six foot tufa reminiscent of a spine in the center of the cave. A small rock wall and two white poles for hanging a shade tarp are at the base.
