2 rooms for rent in South Boulder house

Two mellow CU students/researchers/climbers looking for two more to rent a four-bedroom house on the west end of Table Mesa. The house is spacious with a large park-like back yard, and is literally across the street from hiking and climbing trails. It's right next to King Soopers, Neptune, Caffe Sole, staggering distance from Southern Sun, with easy access to Hwys 93 and 36.

Rent is $550-675, depending on which room you get. There is a 1-year lease which will start Aug 1 and a 1.5 month refundable deposit.

We were scheduled to sign yesterday and then lost a couple that was going in with us, so now we are in a crunch to find replacements. If you're interested, please let me know right away.
