| I agree with Limmil, The books are a great source of information for newbies. I read both those books cover to cover when I first got into climbing. While my main knowledge came from my climbing mentor, reading was an important source for filling in the holes. Nothing can beat professional training but the books are a great reference when you need to remember a knot, anchor forces, and knitty gritty specifics. The two books mentioned along with self rescue by david fasulo, on rope, and chongo's how to big wall climb volumes are very useful literature. | FLAG |

| ^ Yes!. I told the buyers to be patient with me as i want to ship them out together. I've already warned these mountaineers not to climb until they've read the book cover to cover. I will need to fly out to the post office very soon, because of a predicted blizzard, tornado and volcano that will happen at same time. I'm already preparing for the long journey ahead as i do not want to these mountaineers to die. - Sent from my Iphone in Idaho | FLAG |
