Does anyone know if there is still a wasp issue at Elizabeth's Furnace? I'm considering going sometime this week but the MP site indicated there were wasps everywhere 2/3 weeks ago.
Much thanks.

I didn't notice any last week, at either end of the crag. Not sure about the middle. It seems like they were out when the temps were still high, so my guess (hope) is that the cooler days have kept them away.

I did encounter some a few weeks ago, but even then, they were pretty lethargic.

If you're allergic, bring some benadryl or your epi pen just in case.

The wasps are alive and well. They're chillin' by the 12a. I think they're starting a nest on the crux.
