I feel like this is internet dating...but what the hell.

I am a 30 year old teacher that just moved to the area, moved primarily for the access. I have to admit that I am quite busy, but I am looking for like-minded people who are also interested in getting after it. I am looking to get out on Sat. and Sun. and perhaps after work on Wed. or Thurs. this winter season. I climb at the Sandy Momentum on Mon and Fri evenings, and usually run before work.

I am looking for a partner/partners to climb moderate trad routes (5.easy - 5.10), ice, and alpine.

Stuff that appeals to me: LCC granite, ice in BCC, LCC and further south, winter climb of south ridge of superior, north ridge of pfeifferhorn, lots of ski-touring in the winter, Everest Ridge looks like a big day..:)

I have all the gear and a vehicle to get me there. I grew up in Washington, climbing in the cascades, so the volcanos and other glaciated peaks. I lived in Kentucky for a couple years, but really didn't get out to RRG as much as I should have. For the last 4 years I have been living in Minneapolis, where I picked up ice/mixed climbing. I like big days in the mountains, but just getting out is the main priority. I am in decent shape, and I hike a lot, or I guess I have been lately, but I don't really consider myself fast.

If you have similar ideas of a good time, message me or respond to this, always looking for people who want to get after it.
