Hey guys I need your help to bring a premier indoor rock climbing gym to Kalispell MT near Glacier National Park. This place doesn't have one! The demand is here. PLease check out this link and tell your friends, any donation is greatly appreciated, with incentives of course. Thanks fellow climbers!!!

Luke,

Don't most people that want to start a business get a loan from a bank? Can't you do that?

so, i've never done this sort of thing before. aside from the $20 t-shirt, all of the incentives necessitate the gym opening to collect. is there something in the funding mechanism that puts all of the funds into escrow or the like until the goal is reached or a time-out occurs? ie, do i get my money back if the gym doesn't open?

The odds are good you can find enough climbers, but the goods are odd in Kalispell.

if 10% of the population of greater Kalispell each contributes $300, the funding goal will be met!

I had the same thought. Is this a non-profit gym? Otherwise, the only person you should be asking to donate to your new BUSINESS is your grandmother.
