Yoga for climbing-cross training? Which practice is best?

Now that the days are getting shorter, it's time to find fun indoor training activities to stay strong and psyched. What do you think about Yoga?

Also, has anyone found a specific practice that has benefitted their climbing the most?

I am trying to do more Vinyasa yoga, and I found that the increased core strength I gained when I first started yoga really helped my climbing. However, I tend to get bored with workouts after I do them a few times, so I'm always looking for new routines to try.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
