The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start right of Nobody Walks in LA following a slanting crack to its end, then straight up past bolts to the top. Holds have broken on this route since the first ascent, making it harder (10+/11-) than it originally was.
